To secure a Tripartite Escrow Agreement a Service Agreement with Tripartite Escrow Company must first be established. After a Service Agreement is executed, a Tripartite Escrow Agreement can be requested that includes the requisite suppliers and/or subcontractors, who will be paid from the tripartite escrow account.
