As a condition precedent to obtaining a Tripartite Escrow Agreement, the applicant must first execute a Service Agreement with Tripartite Escrow Company. Following execution of the Service Agreement and approval of the account, the applicant may submit a request for the issuance of a Tripartite Escrow Agreement.
Upon execution of the Tripartite Escrow Agreement, any modification thereto, including the addition of suppliers, subcontractors, or other authorized beneficiaries, shall be affected only through a written amendment to the existing Tripartite Escrow Agreement in accordance with the procedures established by Tripartite Escrow Company.
