Contractors are generally required to provide the Contracting Officer with acceptable payment protection, such as a Tripartite Escrow Agreement, payment bond, or other authorized form of payment protection, within ten (10) calendar days following contract award.

If you have already executed a Service Agreement with Tripartite Escrow Company, please complete the Escrow Request Form below to request the issuance of a Tripartite Escrow Agreement. Upon receipt and review of your request, the Tripartite Escrow Agreement will be prepared and delivered to you electronically via e-mail.

A Tripartite Escrow Agreement must identify at least one (1) supplier or subcontractor who will be eligible to receive payment from the escrow account. Additional suppliers and subcontractors may be added at any time through an amendment to the Tripartite Escrow Agreement at no additional cost.
