REQUEST FOR SERVICE AGREEMENT.
As a condition precedent to obtaining a Tripartite Escrow Agreement, the applicant must first enter into and execute a Service Agreement with Tripartite Escrow Company. Upon execution of the Service Agreement, the applicant may request the issuance of a Tripartite Escrow Agreement identifying the suppliers, subcontractors, and/or other authorized payees who will receive payment from the escrow account.
Before proceeding, it is essential that you carefully review and understand the terms and conditions of the Sample Service Agreement. Review of the Sample Service Agreement should be completed prior to submitting any application or request for escrow services.
