Service Agreement – Tripartite Escrow

SERVICE AGREEMENT REQUEST

To secure a Tripartite Escrow Agreement a Service Agreement with Tripartite Escrow Company must first be established. After a Service Agreement is executed, a Tripartite Escrow Agreement can be requested that includes the requisite suppliers and/or subcontractors, who will be paid from the escrow account. FIRST AND FOREMOST: You need to review the terms and conditions of a sample Service Agreement:

Tripartite Escrow Agreement- The escrow service charge of two percent (2%) of the contract amount. The escrow service charge for any and all changes/additions/modifications to the original contract is 0%, no additional fee.
